This was our first full day in New York and we started it off with breakfast at The Manhattan Sky Bar & Restaurant in the hotel. We went on to see the Museum of Natural History and saw the IMAX Theater show “T-Rex: back to the Cretaceous in (3D)”. Next we walked over to the Guggenheim and saw “From Earth to the Moon”, a cool show narrated by Tom Hanks. On the way back to the hotel we stopped in to see Madame Tussaud's. It’s a wax museum with all the celebrities. We went to Grand Central Station for some dessert. Then we hopped on the bus and saw some more of the city on foot.
Next we got ready for dinner at the famous Tavern on the Green. I don’t know what’s so famous about it. First they lost our reservation so they stuck us outside. Next my lobster was bad and I had to send it back, they gave me a complimentary dessert (big deal), most of the time we couldn’t catch our waiters’ attention. It was horrible.

After dinner we took a rickshaw ride back to the hotel. The guy was so cool! We wanted to eat a pizza before we left New York but we were to full from the horrible dinner we just ate. The guy took us to a pizza place for free. Then we walked back to the hotel. That night we took the “Night Tour” on the Gray Line which took about 2 ½ hours. Some of the sights we saw were the Empire State Building, Times Square, Broadway, Greenwich Village, SoHo, Chinatown, Rockefeller Center, the Manhattan Bridge, and many of the other sights we’d seen earlier that day at night with all the pretty lights.
I didn't take very many pictures of our stay in NYC because I would have come back with 5 camera's full!
